Please, Dear God, let it not suck

Motorola's iTunes phone is coming. Soon.
If it has the following, I'll be first in line:
- 256mb internal memory, more on an SD Card
- 3G networking
- Buy songs from the phone via the iTunes Music Store
- 1 megapixel or better camera with iPhoto/Flickr integration
- Decent PDA capabilities with iSync
My old V60 has served me well, but it's time to move on.
